SEAD Sailing Expedition

Co-founded and skippered by Marie-Kell, the SEAD expedition combined cetacean bioacoustics field research, documentary filmmaking, music creation and community outreach across the Atlantic — Canary Islands, Senegal, Gambia, Cabo Verde and Guadeloupe.

Two Atlantic crossings and roughly 30,000 nautical miles later, the expedition gave birth to the album Together on a Wide, Wide Sea.
